Ravin’ Films is currently in production on a biographical documentary about the late American Satirist Paul Krassner. Krassner was an author, journalist, comedian, activist, co-founder of the Yippies and founding editor and a frequent contributor to the free thought magazine The Realist. Krassner, considered a founding father of American Satire, also worked as a radio DJ and publisher of Hustler Magazine. He operated under the credo that “Irreverence is our only sacred cow.” The film is being directed by Bob Sarles and produced and edited by Sarles together with his filmmaking partner Christina Keating.

Hi neighbors,
Just discovered that you’re working on a film about Paul Krassner and I’d like to give you some publicity in my weekly Berkeley Planet column — for starters.
Do you have a release date?
Do you have a link to a promotional trailer that I could include?
sorry for the late reply, just seeing this message. feel free to contact me at [email protected] ore call me at 415 305-5757 and I’d be happy to tell you more about the film. we are a long way from completion and the current crisis has been a setback on several levels. we don’t have a trailer as of yet.
Best regards,
Bob Sarles
